Cancellation Policy
At The Upgraded Lifestyle, I value your time — and mine. To ensure the best experience for every client, please review the following: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee and may result in restricted future bookings. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may lead to shortened sessions or the need to reschedule. Rescheduling is allowed once per session with at least 24 hours’ notice. By booking, you agree to these terms.
